Our consulting engagements follow a customer-centric approach with strong emphasis on service excellence as shown below :


We offer a FREE initial consultation to discuss your specific needs, starting with problem statement business case, clarification on whether the improvement goal is strategic or tactical, and visualization of desire outcome(s). We work with our prospective customer to "flesh out" and clearly articulate their requirements and desired outcomes.

We document the customer's needs and respond with a business proposal that includes a recommended approach, timeframe proposed project team, and pricing. This is generally a collaborative step which concludes with a clear statement of work (SOW)  from the customer.

We launch the consulting assignment with a kickoff meeting with key customer stakeholders to ensure agreement on initial priorities, agreement on operating protocol, monitoring, and follow up. The consulting assignment then proceeds per agreed execution plans.     

Throughout the engagement, we proactively check (and initiate remedial action) for achievement of objectives, customer, satisfaction and benefits realization.

We use a proprietary Service Excellence Framework wherein simply meeting customer requirements is "not good enough".

We conclude  the engagement by verifying with customer to ensure desire outcomes were met, we executed to our cultures and values, and our overall performance rating was "exceeds expectations" (that is, we deliver what customer "truly hopes for" and not just what "most consultants are expected to deliver")
